What the site is
BetOnDraws is an English-language guide for adults in Nigeria who bet on football. It explains draw, 1X2, handicap and accumulator markets, compares bookmakers that accept naira and sets out the terms behind their offers.
We are not a bookmaker. We do not take bets, hold player funds, sell tips or run paid groups. Any account you open is an agreement between you and the bookmaker, on the bookmaker’s terms.
Adults only
The site is intended for people aged 18 and over. Do not open a betting account, and do not use our guides to bet, if you are under 18.
Betting law in Nigeria
Since the Supreme Court judgment of 22 November 2024, licensing of betting is a matter for the states. The National Lottery Regulatory Commission licenses operators for the Federal Capital Territory; in Lagos the authority is the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority. A licence belongs to the bookmaker that holds it. BetOnDraws holds no betting licence and needs none, because it does not offer betting. Before you deposit, check that the bookmaker is allowed to take bets where you live.

Everything on BetOnDraws is general information about sports betting. It is not financial advice, not investment advice and not a promise of any result. Every bet can lose, including a bet on a draw that every statistic seems to favour.
Predictions, draw picks and statistics
Draw guides, prediction articles and statistics pages describe how often something happened in the past and how analysts try to price it. Form tables, expected goals and draw percentages do not know about a late injury, a red card or a team that is happy with one point. When we compare prediction sites or data models, we report how they work, not that they are right. There are no fixed matches for sale on BetOnDraws, and anyone offering one in our name is not us.
Accumulators and staking systems
Guides to accumulators, draw systems, staking plans and “passive income” from betting explain how these methods are built and where they break. A longer accumulator multiplies the bookmaker’s margin as well as the odds, and no staking plan turns a losing bet into a winning one. Nothing in our strategy section is a way to earn a living from betting.
Cash-out, settlement and void bets
How a bookmaker settles a bet, voids a market after a postponed match, applies a cash-out offer or handles a palpable error is decided by its own rules. Our descriptions of these rules are a summary; if a settlement goes against you, the bookmaker’s rules and complaint procedure decide the outcome, not our article.
Tax
We do not give tax advice. Whether winnings or betting income have tax consequences for you depends on your own situation; ask a qualified adviser.
Odds and worked examples
Odds change all the time, and they differ between bookmakers. Odds and returns in our articles are worked examples at the time of writing, chosen to show how a market or a rule works. They are not the odds you will be offered, and they are not a recommendation to place that bet.
Offers and rollover rules
Bonus amounts, free bets, rollover requirements, minimum odds and expiry dates are set by bookmakers and can change without notice. The figures in our tables are what we found on the bookmaker’s Nigerian page or on established Nigerian review sites on the date shown. The terms that apply to you are the ones on the bookmaker’s own site on the day you register, so read them before you deposit.
Naira payments
We list the payment methods a bookmaker shows for Nigeria, such as bank transfer, USSD, OPay or Paystack. We do not process payments. Fees, limits and processing times are set by the bookmaker and your bank or wallet provider, and a bank may decline a payment to a betting site.
Reviews and the order of lists
Our bookmaker tables include brands we have a partner agreement with, and those agreements influence the order. Licence notes and offer facts are written the same way for every brand. A high place in a list is not a guarantee that a bookmaker will treat you fairly or pay out quickly; we did not open accounts or time withdrawals for this edition.
Partner links and partner content
Many links to bookmakers are partner links, and some articles are paid for by betting or sports businesses. How this works, and what partners cannot buy, is explained on Advertising and Partners.
The old tipster service
Before 2026 the betondraws.com domain was used for a paid draw-tips service. That service no longer runs here, and BetOnDraws takes no responsibility for subscriptions, payments or promises made by it. If someone asks you to pay for “BetOnDraws tips”, do not pay and tell us at [email protected].

Text, tables, illustrations and design on BetOnDraws belong to Durravane Media Labs DMCC or are used with permission. Short quotes may be reused, provided each one links to the BetOnDraws page it was taken from. Copying whole articles or tables to another site needs our written consent. Each bookmaker's name and logo remains the property of that bookmaker; we display them simply to point out which operator a page is about.
Third-party sites
Linked sites run independently of us; their content, services, payouts, account decisions and data practices are their own responsibility. Read the bookmaker’s terms and privacy policy before you sign up.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep pages accurate, but mistakes happen: a figure can be out of date, a link can break, the site can be unavailable. So far as the law permits, Durravane Media Labs DMCC accepts no liability for losses caused by using the site, by relying on what it says, or by events on a third-party site. Found a mistake? Bet with a limit
Decide what you can afford to lose before kick-off, use your bookmaker’s deposit limits and time-outs, and never borrow to bet.
